I have a French bulldog that has a slew of health problems that come with unique solutions and ongoing treatments. Every single Vet and Vet Tech at Indian Tree Animal Hospital has been amazing, with a special shoutout to Dr. Sarah Payne. Everyone is so kind, gentle and truly sympathetic to what my dog is going through, so much so, that even though my dog is there almost a couple times a month, my dog is happy to see everyone. They have also been great at fitting me in last minute when something unexpected, but urgent pops up. I wouldn’t take my dog anywhere else!
My dog' s eyes started looking and acting very strange I was really worried about him . The staff at Indian tree got him in that same day ,they Diagnosed the problem, consulted with a vet that specializes in animal opthamology and went above and beyond to get him the proper medicine and care that he needed. They stayed in contact all through the entire process . The vet and all the staff have been wonderful. I really feel that they actually care about my dog as a patient and me as a customer.
Indian Tree Animal Hospital is the only vet office that has treated my two pups. Dr. Farrell is a wonderful Dr. She is very knowledgeable, friendly and most of all, approachable and easy to talk to, unlike other Dr.'s. The pups love her, especially my little rescue pup, Bella Rose. All of the vet techs are amazing, and genuinely appear to love their jobs, and the front desk staff always greet us with a smile when we come in. Definitely 5 stars!!
Dr Ferrel is amazing. She helped us focus on quality of life and palliative care for our 14 year old canine daughter. Dr Ferrel has excellent bedside and phone manner. She was so thoughtful to call us with results and spend the time answering questions. She was reassuring that we were making choices in alignment with our quality of life goals. The office staff are always kind and helpful on the phone and in person. We are grateful to have found a great vet clinic.
The care and professionalism at Indian Tree is impeccable. My sweet boy deserves nothing but the best care and he gets the care he deserves at this vet. The girls at the front desk are extremely kind and accommodating, same with the technicians and the doctors they assist. Iddy Biddy Kitty and I think these guys are the cream of the crop!!!
