AmandaAmanda “AJ” - Office Manager
Amanda’s favorite part of her job are interacting with clients and their pets. They make her job so much fun and rewarding! AJ’s compassion and love of animals is apparent in everything she does at Indian Tree. AJ graduated from Colorado State University with a Bachelor’s in Marine Biology. While doing her undergraduate she traveled to Australia and studied for 5 months at James Cook University in Townsville, Queensland. Before joining Indian Tree, she volunteered in the mammal departments at Colorado’s Ocean Journey (now Downtown Aquarium) and at the Dolphin Research Center on Grassy Key, Florida. Her hobbies include: reading, hiking, kayaking, road trips, and baking. She shares her home with her Parakeets Tranquility, Casper, Niji, Buddha and Sky.




MeganMegan - Customer Care Representative
Megan joined Indian Tree Animal Hospital in the Spring of 2009. She has worked in the veterinary field for eight years, in which she started as a kennel technician, moving up to veterinary nurse, and now as receptionist. Megan shows a great deal of passion and care in everything she does, and her smile is sure to light up the room! She and her husband Greg share their home with Lila, a chocolate lab, Sophie, a corgi mix, two cats named Rio and Angel, and an assortment of freshwater fish, and two adorable children.






LisaLisa - Customer Care Representative/Veterinary Assistant
Lisa joined the Indian Tree family January 2014. She moved from Pennsylvania where she worked for Clyde Peeling's Reptiland which is a zoo that has traveling reptile exhibits. She traveled around the North-East of the US including Canada with the travelling exhibit educating the public about different reptiles. She also traveled to Denver, working with the reptiles that were on exhibit at the Denver Museum of Nature and Science. She then fell in love with the area and moved shortly after. Lisa enjoys doing anything outdoors and learning all she can about bees. She lives with her boyfriend and many exotic pets including: cats, snakes, geeko, hedgehog, chinchillas, Beta fish, the collection continues to grow.





AshleyAshley - Customer Care Representative
Ashley joined the Indian Tree family in the fall of 2014. She has previously worked at Sunflower Market and at a daycare. Originally from Texas, her family relocated to the Arvada area when she was a child. Ashley is often found keeping busy around the hospital cleaning. She really enjoys interacting with our clients. You will often find her with a smile, interacting with our clients and their pets, bringing humor into everyone's day. In her spare time, Ashley enjoys playing trivia, video games, spending quality time with her daughter, painting, scrapbooking, knitting, cooking/baking, and traveling. She shares her home with her fiance, daughter, and 2 cats: Teacup and Zoey.





KathleenKathleen - Certified Veterinary Technician
Kathleen joined the ITAH team in the fall of 2010. She graduated with a Bachelor’s degree at Western State and then moved to Colorado to graduate from Bel Rea with her Associate of Applied Science degree in Veterinary Technology. She shares her home with her daughter and Kobe, her dog. Originally from Ohio, she enjoys spending her time in the mountains of Colorado snowboarding and hiking.







TracyTracy - Certified Veterinary Technician
Tracy joined the ITAH team in the summer of 2012. She has graduated from Community College of Denver with Associates Degree in Veterinary Technology. She enjoys playing with the dogs during playtime outside. Her hobbies include reading, riding bikes, hiking, and swimming. She shares her home with her two sons, her cat, Tiger and her Bichon Frise, Shilo.








SarahSarah - Veterinary Assistant
Sarah originally joined the Indian Tree family in March of 2008. In 2012 she dropped to part time to begin her family, and returned full time in July 2015. Sarah enjoys learning anything she can about Veterinary medicine. She also enjoys helping keep our building in tip top shape with minor repairs. In her spare time, she enjoys hiking, camping, sewing, playing pool, and playing with her son. She shares her home with her fiancé, son, 2 dogs (Yoshi and Bear) and several fish.







RuthRuth - Veterinary Assistant
RJ joined the Indian Tree family fall of 2013 after completing her internship for the Community College of Denver Veterinary Technology program. She shares her home with her husband, Rigby Blue (Australian Shepherd), and Topher Grace (a short haired cat). In her spare time RJ enjoys hiking, bicycling, traveling, and enjoying the beautiful Colorado outdoors.








HannahHannah - Veterinary Assistant
Hannah joined the Indian Tree family in May 2015. She has been working with animals in one way or another for over 10 years. She has been a Veterinary assistant for a little over a year, and loves all aspects of this position. Her favorite parts of her job are assisting the Doctors and working with all the many animals. She enjoys camping, hiking, spending time with friends, looking for moose while driving in the mountains, and doing any outdoor activity with her dog. She shares her home with her chocolate lab, Skye, her cat, Rawni, and a beta fish (Blue).






MeghanMeghan - Veterinary Assistant
Meghan started at ITAH in spring 2016 after completing her internship here while attending PIMA Medical Institute for her certification. She has always known she wanted to work with animals and dreams of becoming a Veterinarian someday She is a Colorado native and loves all that Colorado has to offer. She shares her home with her Pomeranian, Mecca.
