AmandaAmanda “AJ” - Office Manager
Amanda’s favorite part of her job are interacting with clients and their pets. They make her job so much fun and rewarding! AJ’s compassion and love of animals is apparent in everything she does at Indian Tree. AJ graduated from Colorado State University with a Bachelor’s in Marine Biology. While doing her undergraduate she traveled to Australia and studied for 5 months at James Cook University in Townsville, Queensland. Before joining Indian Tree, she volunteered in the mammal departments at Colorado’s Ocean Journey (now Downtown Aquarium) and at the Dolphin Research Center on Grassy Key, Florida. Her hobbies include: reading, hiking, kayaking, road trips, and baking. She shares her home with her fiance, 3 Parakeets (Tranquility, Casper, and Niji) and two dogs: Rigby-a collie mix, and Tater Tot-a chiweenie.

DaniDani - Certified Veterinary Technician & Tech Supervisor
Dani is a Certified Veterinary Technician who is proud to be a part of the wonderful hospital team at Indian Tree Animal Hospital. She obtained a bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Northwood University, and is now working towards her MBA. Dani has special interest in canine behavior. Dani grew up in Florida before moving to Arvada. In her free time, Dani likes pet-sitting, hiking and biking, DIY projects, and volunteering at her church. At home, she has a Yorkie-Maltese mix named Rocky.

DanielDaniel - Certified Veterinary Technician
Daniel earned certification as a veterinary technician from Sanford-Brown Institute. He has worked in the veterinary field for over ten years, and is happy to be a valued member of the Indian Tree Animal Hospital family. Daniel has special interests in aggressive canine behavior and training. Daniel grew up in Miami, FL and enjoys his new home in Arvada, CO. When Daniel is not caring for animals at Indian Tree, he volunteers his time as a medical assistant at Presa Canario & Cane Corso - Kennels Colorado Springs. Daniel also spends much of his free time doing outdoor activities. At home, Daniel has a Morkie named Rocky who is bilingual.

VeronicaVeronica - Certified Veterinary Technician
Veronica holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Microbiology, as well as an Associate in Applied Science degree in Veterinary Technology. She earned her certification as a veterinary technician in August 2017. Indian Tree is her first role as a Certified Veterinary Technician, and she could not be happier to serve Indian Tree’s clients and their pets. Some of Veronica's favorite things include mexican food, going to eat at Red Robbin, and Great Danes.

KathleenKathleen - Veterinary Technician
Kathleen earned an Associate in Applied Science degree in Veterinary Technology from Bel-Rea Institute. She finds fulfillment in helping keep pets happy and healthy, and is proud to be a part of the Indian Tree family. Originally from Ohio, Kathleen is happy to be a Denver resident. During her free time, Kathleen likes to go to the mountains, hike, and snowboard. Her favorite feline breed is the Ragamuffin, and she currently has a black and white DSH kitten at home, Girlie.

MeghanMeghan - Veterinary Technician
Meghan is committed to helping the patients at Indian Tree as a Veterinary Technician. She earned her veterinary assistant certificate from PIMA Medical Institute in 2016, and also received some training from Front Range Community College. Meghan found a passion in veterinary medicine, and is driven to attend veterinary school with a possible focus in specialty surgery. In her free time, Meghan enjoys going to concerts, walking her dogs, traveling, and hula hooping. Her favorite breeds are Golden Retrievers and Pomeranians. At home, she has a Pomeranian named Mecca and a Chihuahua named Elle.

RyleeRylee - Veterinary Technician
Rylee is an AVA graduate with a focus in specialty surgery and canine behavior. Along with working in the veterinary field, Rylee also spent over four years in animal behavior, boarding, and in-house care. When Rylee is not serving clients and pets at Indian Tree, she likes to fish, camp, and spend time with her family. She is also a fan of nature documentaries, haunted buildings and places, and anything involving animals. She shares her home with her spouse and son, and a Brindle Pharaoh Hound, Rusty, and Mini Corgi/Aussie mix, Roxy.

MorganMorgan - Veterinary Technician
Morgan has worked in the veterinary field since high school and has a natural drive to help animals. She is currently a Veterinary Technician at Indian Tree Animal Hospital & 5280 Veterinary Care, and received training at Colorado Academy of Veterinary Technology. Morgan enjoys hiking, horseback riding, and eventing (horse jumping) in her free time. She is happily married and has a horse named Skippy. Hound is her favorite dog breed, and her first pet was a blue tick hound named Wrangle.

SarahSarah - Veterinary Assistant
Born and raised in the Denver area, Sarah has worked in the veterinary field since 2008. Caring for pets, meeting people, and being part of a stand-out hospital team brings Sarah much joy. When Sarah is not at Indian Tree, she enjoys fixing things, arts and crafts, and camping. She is also interested in the paranormal and ghost hunting. German Shepherds and Pomeranians hold a special place in Sarah’s heart. Her first pet was a Pomeranian named Angel, and she currently has a White German Shepherd named Yoshi.

McKenzieMcKenzie - Veterinary Assistant
McKenzie received training as a veterinary assistant from PIMA Medical Institute. She has lived in the Denver area her whole life, and she loves helping all of the pets from the local community that come through the doors at Indian Tree. Outside of the hospital setting, McKenzie likes attending concerts and traveling. She is also a big fan of sushi and Harry Potter. Her favorite breeds are Sphynx felines and Golden Retrievers. Her first pet was a Golden Retriever named Buddy, and she now has a Golden Retriever/Labrador mix named Bear.

LisaLisa - Veterinary Assistant
Originally from Central Pennsylvania, Lisa earned a bachelor's degree in biology with a minor in French from Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania. She moved to the Denver area in 2013 and started working in the veterinary field shortly after. Lisa has special interests in animal behavior, exotic species, bees, and bats.At home, Lisa has a menagerie of pets. She has three DSH cats named Gadget, Milo, and Linus, and a Maine Coon named Jackson. She also has two hognose snakes named Narciss and Lucious, one Columbian Red-tail Boa named Lucky, one bell snake named Dodge, one axolotl salamander named Sindragosa, and a crested gecko. In her free time, Lisa enjoys camping, hiking, spending time by the water, and volunteering at Colorado Partners in Amphibian and Reptile Conservation.

AshleyAshley - Client Care Representative Supervisor
Ashley grew up in Arvada, and is is thrilled to serve the local pet community as a Client Care Representative Supervisor at Indian Tree Animal Hospital. In her free time, Ashley volunteers at her daughter's school, where she assists with reading and writing, as well as lends a helping hand for as many school functions as she can. She also enjoys art, interior decorating, and painting. At home, Ashley has two cats: Zoey and Teacup.

AmandaAmanda - Client Care Representative
Amanda is a Client Care Representative at Indian Tree Animal Hospital. Originally from Taos, New Mexico, a veritable artist mecha, Amanda has a love for music and other creative outlets. In particular, she likes illustration, painting, and playing the violin. At home, Amanda has three feline friends: Mischa, Momo, and The Reverend Grimm.

WendyWendy - Client Care Representative
Wendy holds a certificate in veterinary assisting and takes pride in forming positive relationships with clients and their pets, along with the amazing staff at Indian Tree. In her free time, Wendy likes 4-wheeling, special fx makeup, cake decorating, and going to concerts and Comic Con. Wendy grew up in Arvada and still can’t get enough of Amici’s italian cuisines. At home, she has a PitBull named Chopper, a Cane Corso mix named Harlene Quinn, and four cats named Angel, Jack, Scrappy, and Spike.

MeganMegan - Client Care Representative
Megan earned an associate degree in supervisory management and has special interest in animal care. She has worked in the veterinary field for 16 years, and is driven to maximize client experience and patient care alongside the close-knit hospital team at Indian Tree. Originally from Wisconsin, Megan loves exploring Colorado and its parks with her two sons. In her free time, she also likes reading books and volunteering at her child’s school, where she assists with book fairs, science fairs, and more. Megan has a pet family of a chocolate Labrador named Lila, a Corgi/Border Collie mix named Sophie, a DSH named Angel, and a DLH named Rio. Fun fact: Megan's forever friend Lila gets acupuncture treatment from Dr. Anjuli Hein!

KristaKrista - Client Care Representative
Krista loves her role at Indian Tree working with a superior hospital team, helping animals, and building relationships with clients. Krista grew up in Westminster, but has spent the greater part of her life in the Arvada area. In her free time, Krista enjoys fishing, traveling, and spending time with her husband and pets. The Great Dane is her favorite breed and she has five furbabies of her own. Krista has two Chiweenies named Kilo and Pico, a Great Dane named Bella, an American Rex Rabbit named Trixie, and a Lionhead Rabbit named Cheeto. Bella can play dead and Trixie plays fetch!

VanessaVanessa - Client Care Representative
Vanessa moved to Colorado in 2017, and has explored and moved across the country since she was 18. She grew up in California, and has also lived in Texas, Louisiana, and New Jersey before finding her way to Colorado. She enjoys traveling and hopes to slowly see the world. At home, she has a large pet family, consisting of a dog, two cats, a spider ball python, an albino ball python, a Brazilian blue and red pinktoe tarantula, and an assortment of freshwater and saltwater fish. Above all, Spaniel breeds have a special place in her heart.
