Client Care Representative
As a Client Care Representative, you will be assisting clients and their pets by phone, email, or in the lobby. Customer service skills are a must, as well as some computer knowledge and ability to multi-task. Responsibilities include scheduling appointments, answering the telephone, preparing and maintenance of medical records, sales, mailings, computer operation, financial transactions, and front office and reception area maintenance. We are open daily, so a flexible schedule is a must as well as availability on the weekends.
Job Requirements
Good communication skills, both written and oral
2 years Customer Service experience
Technical understanding of veterinary terminology
